Dr. Samad is a distinguished legal scholar and judicial officer, currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty in the Law Department at ASA University Bangladesh. He completed his Ph.D. on “Civil Justice System in Bangladesh: Status, Impediments and Accelerating Strategies,” demonstrating his deep commitment to improving justice delivery and governance.

With extensive professional experience as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Senior Assistant Judge, Metropolitan Magistrate, District Legal Aid Officer, and other key judicial roles, Dr. Samad has significantly contributed to strengthening Bangladesh’s judicial system. His work bridges academic excellence with practical judicial expertise, making him a respected figure in both legal education and courtroom administration.

A prolific researcher, he has authored five research articles and three books, enriching legal literature and advancing discourse on justice, governance, and civil procedure. His scholarship and service reflect a lifelong dedication to fairness, institutional reform, and public welfare.
